My Philosophy

I dedicate my energy to making sure my clients are successful. If they succeed I succeed. I LOVE being part of a team and have worn a lot of hats through the years, I don’t care who gets the credit I just want it to get done well. I am what you would call the executioner of big ideas, if you have ideas I am the person to help you accomplish those goals.

Over the years both virtually and in a traditional office setting I have had the experience of working in many industries. I have learned so much in this journey and I love it so much.

I am constantly learning new and innovative processes and solutions, things I learned in one industry might help me in a way I never would have thought of (or known about) in another industry. I thrive in a fast-paced environment that empowers me to make decisions and find solutions, without being over managed.

Some of my gigs Include:

General Full Charge Bookkeeping: for new and emerging online entrepreneurs in varying industries and sizes. Duties include but are not limited to: coding transactions, paying sales tax, monthly reconciliations, accounts payable + receivable, billing, vendor management, payroll, budgeting and monthly reporting. Experience using QB online and desktop, Zoho Books, Xero, Wave, Freshbooks

Operational Support for new and emerging online entrepreneurs in varying industries and sizes. Duties include but are not limited to: website maintenance, social media support, customer support, contract and sales support, project management, email marketing and systems and process improvement and implementation.

Payroll Processing: Along with providing Bookkeeping I often help clients with their payroll needs using Quickbooks Payroll, ADP, Gusto, TriNet, Paychex and whatever you use!

AP, AR & Payroll Processing: Tech Start Up | process and track accounts payable using bill.com and QBO, Process monthly client invoicing and ACH payments, respond and track chargebacks, manage incoming inquiries using zendesk- process bi-weekly payroll using TriNet & When I Work

Administrator - Campaign Billing:

Administrative - providing support to CEO and Founder - including but not limited to scheduling, expenses, meeting deliverables and follow up. General chaos management.

Campaign Billing - Handle media billing and invoice reconciliation for the media team. Review monthly billing , work with media and account coordinators to maintain client consistency and open communication regarding billing process/status, serve as the primary department liaison, contact media vendors for missing invoices each month, resolve vendor invoice discrepancy resolution, maintain and organize relevant reports and data files for all accounts
